    • Luna: The second most popular dog name in the U.S. is a top choice in Houston, Las Vegas, San Diego, El Paso, Seattle, and San Jose.
    • Daisy: Ranking fourth overall, you’ll find Daisy on the lists for Nashville, San Antonio, and San Diego.
    • Charlie: The fifth most popular name in the U.S. is loved in San Diego and San Francisco.
  • San Diego loves Daisy, Luna, and Charlie – all top five names nationally.
  • Bella, the number one dog name in the U.S., tops the chart only in Jacksonville but is also the second most popular in El Paso.

While many cities follow national trends, some metro areas go their own way with unique names:
